About Book

In the digital age, cryptography has evolved to address the encryption and decryption of private communications through the internet and computer systems, a branch of cyber and network security, in a manner far more complex than anything the world of cryptography had seen before the arrival of computers. Data confidentiality, data integrity, authentication and non-repudiation are core principles of modern-day cryptography. Cryptography is a method of storing and transmitting data in a particular form so that only those for whom it is intended can read and process it. Cryptography plays important role in developing of new security solutions which will be in great demand with the advent of high-speed next-generation communication systems and networks. This book discusses some of the critical security challenges faced by today's computing world and provides insights to possible mechanisms to defend against these attacks. It is the interesting study of different methods to secure information and data communication. It concentrates on elliptic curve cryptography, quantum cryptography, chaotic cryptography, cryptosystem, reconfigurable systems, efficient computation, algorithmic cryptography and network security. It is the amalgamation of mathematics, electrical engineering and computer engineering. This book is compiled in such a manner, that it will provide in-depth knowledge about the theory and practice of cryptography. While understanding the long-term perspectives of the topics, the book makes an effort in highlighting their impact as a modern tool for the growth of the discipline. Coherent flow of topics, student-friendly language and extensive use of examples make this book an invaluable source of knowledge.
